On April 25 and June 10 2025, we hosted two successful editions of our masterclass on fleet vehicle damage management, a topic that clearly resonates with fleet managers. And rightfully so, as vehicle damage often leads to uncertainty and frustration. 

We kicked off both sessions with a delicious lunch at Meeting Lab, the perfect setting to exchange experiences and connect with peers from the industry. The theoretical part followed, diving into the notorious Rentanorm. Using concrete examples, participants were given a clear overview of what is considered acceptable damage and what is not. This sparked recognition and offered fresh insights. 

We then moved to comoo Gent, where the theory was brought to life in practice. With real vehicles on hand, participants learned how to accurately assess and substantiate damage cases. The positive feedback confirmed a clear need for practical guidance and hands-on training. A big thank you to all participants!
