Vacature Freelance HR & Recruitment Consultant

Your role

As a Freelance HR & Recruitment Consultant, you will be the key point of contact for HR processes, compliance and talent acquisition.

You will support several companies within our group and ensure that our HR foundations are fully organised and up to date.

What will you do?

HR & Compliance

• Work closely with our payroll manager
• Update and manage employment regulations and policies
• Draft and optimise HR documents and procedures
• Review and structure employee files
• Support compliance with employment and social legislation
• Assist with HR audits and compliance matters
• Monitor mandatory HR documentation and processes
• Contribute to the development of a professional HR policy
  

Recruitment

• Write and publish job vacancies
• Actively source and approach suitable candidates
• Conduct CV screening and first round interviews
• Coordinate the full recruitment process
• Collaborate with external recruitment partners and channels
• Advise managers on hiring decisions
• Develop and improve employer branding initiatives
  

HR projects

• Improve onboarding processes
• Digitalise and structure HR processes
• Support growth projects across the group
• Advise management on HR related matters
  

Who are we looking for?

You are an experienced HR professional who can work independently and quickly bring structure to an organisation.

You have:

• Experience in HR, personnel management or recruitment
• Knowledge of employment law and HR administration
• Strong organisational skills
• A pragmatic, hands on mindset
• Experience in drafting HR documents and procedures
• Excellent communication skills
• A high level of discretion and integrity

Experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, Recruitment Consultant or Freelance HR Consultant is considered a strong asset.
