A road to digital transformation
At comoo, we are committed to digital transformation to improve our operational processes and better support our customers. To realise this transformation, we started looking for an external partner who could support us in this. Our choice fell on Dear Digital, an expert in Odoo, a platform where all our operational services are centralised. They recently visited our site in Vilvoorde to reflect together on the progress we have made and to look at our future plans.
A New Platform
The first step in this project was to launch a customer portal. This portal gives our clients a clear overview of their available pool cars and vehicles in use and allows them to schedule appointments online. They can also contact our customer care agents via phone. This new functionality gives fleet managers a user-friendly tool to better manage their fleet and scheduled appointments.
Detailed Damage Assessments
Our app for damage experts has also been upgraded. It now provides detailed reports about the damage to vehicles. You can also compare previous reports for the same vehicle, which gives you a better idea of the vehicle's history.

All our applications are connected through Odoo.This project is just the beginning of our digital transformation journey. We are continuously working on new tools to improve our services.
